    All meetings are conducted via Microsoft Teams, ensuring seamless communication and access to meeting records. During onboarding and throughout the package term, your account manager and marketing strategist are available during normal business hours to answer questions and provide guidance.

  2. What is the level of research included?
    Our research process begins with a client strategy session where we gather details about your company’s structure, culture, current clients, strengths, and opportunities. We identify your ideal clients, target markets, and coverage areas, then research competitors and opportunities in those areas. The findings are compiled into a general research report to support brand recommendations. We also review the insights with you to ensure alignment and finalize the research for brand creation or adjustments.

  3. What is included in the Branding Guides?

  4. What fonts are considered safe?
    The brand guide includes web-safe or commonly available fonts for ease of use in documents, presentations, and materials. Custom fonts can be requested but are not included in the package price and will be invoiced separately. Note: Custom fonts may not work properly in presentations shared with third parties. Consider this limitation to avoid any issues.

    Yes! During the package term, clients can request their logo in any size or file format for various media needs. Submit a ticket with details, and we’ll provide the requested file promptly. Your account manager and marketing strategist are also available to consult on brand usage at no extra cost.
