  1. How are meetings conducted?
    All meetings are conducted via Microsoft Teams, ensuring seamless communication and access to meeting records. During onboarding and throughout the package term, your account manager and marketing strategist are available during normal business hours to answer questions and provide guidance.

  2. Is there any research included?
    Website bundles are designed with the assumption that your company brand is already established, focusing primarily on presentation and messaging as initial goals. However, our marketing strategist will collaborate with you to gather essential information about your company culture, current clients, strengths, and opportunities to enhance the presentation. Additionally, basic research is conducted on your ideal clients, target markets, and market coverage. This research helps create content with competitive word counts to ensure your website performs organically during the content creation process.

  3. What if I don't have a logo?
    To take advantage of a website bundle, you'll need a logo and a set of basic brand colors. Your brand is the cornerstone of all marketing efforts, providing consistency and a clear identity that strengthens your presence both online and offline. Don’t have a logo or branding yet?     Intrada builds all websites using WordPress, the world’s most popular content management system, powering over 43% of all websites globally. Clients receive power user access, enabling them to easily update, edit, and manage their site without needing extensive technical expertise. To enhance this experience, we include the Elementor Pro plugin, a leading WordPress tool that allows for intuitive drag-and-drop editing and stunning, professional designs. This powerful combination gives businesses full control over their online presence while ensuring flexibility, ease of use, and scalability for future growth.

  5. What is Elementor Pro?
    Elementor Pro is a powerful website building tool designed for WordPress, allowing users to create custom, professional web pages without extensive coding knowledge. It offers advanced features including drag-and-drop design, responsive editing, and widgets for forms, sliders, and more. During the term of your website bundle, the license for Elementor Pro is included as part of the service, ensuring you have access to its premium features at no additional cost. This integration allows for seamless updates and customization, ensuring your site remains dynamic and functional throughout the bundle period.

  6. What are Modules, Plugins, and Themes?
    Modules, plugins, and themes are key elements in building and customizing WordPress websites, each serving a unique role.

    • Modules add specific features or functionalities to a website, often as part of a plugin or theme, to expand its capabilities.
    • Plugins are software add-ons that enhance a WordPress site’s functionality, like contact forms, SEO tools, or social media integrations.
    • Themes shape the overall design, layout, and appearance of a website, creating a cohesive look tailored to your brand.

    Within the website bundle, all modules, plugins, and themes are pre-approved and tested for compatibility, ease of use, and security. This approach helps maintain optimal performance and protects your site from vulnerabilities while simplifying management with regular updates throughout the service term.

  7. Where Does Content Come From?
    As part of the bundle, the marketing strategist assigned to your account will collaborate with you to create the content needed for the main pages of your website. This writing is crafted to communicate your company’s capabilities and support the SEO goals established in the initial objectives of the website. The process involves gathering key content points from your team, conducting a thorough competitor review, and utilizing AI tools to develop effective and engaging content. This approach aligns the messaging with your brand while improving your website’s visibility and performance in search engine results.

  8. Where do images come from?
    As part of the website bundle, all images are provided through stock subscriptions offered by Intrada. Licensing is included, and the images are purchased correctly and legally. Please note that no videos or custom images are included in the bundle packages.

  9. Can I update my site myself?
    Yes, once the site is launched, users will be set up with power user accounts to access the site and make any changes desired. This includes page updates, changing images or copy, adding new pages, or adjusting templates. Customers can also, if the site supports it, perform monthly article or blog posting to communicate with clients or prospects, which can greatly help with SEO efforts.

  10. Is there training?
    Before or after launch, at the customer’s discretion, virtual training is provided to demonstrate how to access and manage the entire site. This session is also recorded for future reference and review. Some customers prefer to wait and conduct training when updates are needed, focusing the session on performing necessary updates at that time.

  11. Is there support?
    Yes, as part of the bundle packages, support is included at no additional charge during normal business hours. This support focuses on providing assistance and does not cover new development or creation. It includes help with site management, troubleshooting, and resolving issues that may arise. In some cases, the development team may restore files from backups to address problems caused by user error. Please note that support outside normal business hours is not included in the bundle and, if required, will be invoiced at hourly after-hours rates.

  12. Can I install my own plugins? No, to maintain coverage under the support agreement, and security, any new plugins or modules must be approved and installed by Intrada. This process involves obtaining a quote for approval to complete the development from your Account Manager. Once the plugin or module is installed, it will be handed back to the client and support included under the bundle support agreement.

  13. What about ownership, licensing, and usage? All website assets remain the property of Intrada throughout the installment phase. Intrada will pay for all licenses required for the site operation. Upon final payment is received, full copyrights are transferred to the client, granting them complete ownership and creative control over all elements. Any licenses will be billed per approved renewal agreement. If the client requires unrestricted access during the installment period, the outstanding balance must be paid in full and the agreement adjusted per new relationship.

  14. Can I continue to work with Intrada?
    Yes, a bundle agreement will renew based on clients' requirements. This could include a refresh of the site or the addition of new functionality. Alternatively, the site can be handed over to the client, with Intrada offering support and maintenance services as needed. This approach allows clients to tailor the agreement to their ongoing needs.
