David Steele Receives Shining Star Award from Rotary

Muncy, PA (January 3, 2023) – During Rotary District 7360’s annual conference, eight individuals were recognized with a Shining Star Award. Intrada’s David Steele was one of the recipients honored for his giving and volunteering efforts.

A club member since 2012, David is currently serving as the Williamsport, PA Club President for the second time. He utilizes his IT talents to assist with Balloon Festival, the annual District Conference, President-Elect Training Seminars, and many other Rotary events. Recently David and a small team from Intrada handled the audio and video needs for District 7360’s Foundation Dinner and District Conference in State College. In 2021, the Intrada marketing team planned and delivered the District’s first virtual conference during the COVID-19 pandemic with attendees and featured speakers from five different countries.

Steele said, “My involvement in Rotary began about ten years ago after my uncle recommended that I check a meeting out.  I quickly realized that Rotarians wanted to make a difference in their communities, and I wanted to become a part of their remarkable organization.”
