Employee Spotlight: Ariann "Ari" Decker

For October, Intrada Technologies is shining our next employee spotlight on Ariann "Ari" Decker, one of our new, talented web developers.

From Classroom to Career

Ari is on the verge of completing her bachelor’s degree in software development with a minor in communication from the Pennsylvania College of Technology.  Prior to joining us, Ari gained experience as a technical support intern with an e-commerce specialist, where she enhanced her problem-solving skills and technical expertise.

Her connection with Intrada began at a career fair she attended at her soon-to-be alma mater, the Pennsylvania College of Technology. There, she met Senior Project Manager James Haywood and learned more about us. After her brief chat, she became interested in pursuing an internship with Intrada. The rest you can say is history.

Role and Responsibilities

As a web developer, Ari designs and builds user-friendly, functional, and visually appealing websites. She uses a variety of programming languages and technologies to achieve these goals.

Skills That Make a Difference

Ari's extensive customer service background has taught her the importance of clear communication. Her ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients aligns perfectly with Intrada's commitment to maintaining high-quality service.

Life Beyond Work

Ari enjoys spending time with her cat, attending concerts, and attending community events with friends outside the office.  Born and raised in Scranton, Pennsylvania, Ari is the youngest of five siblings and graduated from Mid-Valley High School.  Go Spartans!  She is in her final semester at Pennsylvania College of Technology and will graduate in December.

Looking into the future, Ari is eager to expand on her academic learning through real-world experience.  She values collaboration and is always open to exploring different perspectives for the best solutions.
