Let's get to know Bri Milden, Help Desk Technician/NOC Technician at Intrada Technologies and a talented member of our team who brings dedication, expertise, and enthusiasm to her role every day. 

Intrada: Can you tell us a little about your professional background and what led you to our company? 

Bri: I have been working with MSPs since I was in high school and vo-tech. I worked with a local MSP as part of my co-op program at CIT (Career Institute of Technology in Easton, PA—not California Institute of Technology). During that time, I gained experience managing servers and networking equipment, working help desk, and automating processes wherever possible. 

Intrada: How long have you been with Intrada? 

Bri: I have been with Intrada for about five years. I started part-time while I was pursuing my networking degree in college and transitioned to a full-time role after graduating in 2021. 

Intrada: What is your job and its responsibilities? What do you like most about your job? 

Bri: My role is a balance between Help Desk and NOC responsibilities. On the Help Desk side, I respond to clients’ needs and ensure they get back up and running quickly. For NOC, I monitor network resources to proactively address potential issues before they escalate. I also enjoy automating processes to improve efficiency for the team. What I love most about my job is the satisfaction of solving challenging problems and making a tangible difference for our clients and colleagues. 

Intrada: Outside of work, what are some of your hobbies or interests? 

Bri: When I’m not at work, I enjoy playing PC games, reading, and painting or drawing. I also love getting outdoors—whether it’s hiking or indulging in sushi and hot pot with friends. 

Intrada: Is there a particular achievement or a professional moment you are most proud of? 

Bri: One of my proudest achievements was earning my Apple Support Professional certification last year. It was a demanding process, involving multiple-choice and open-ended questions, but I’m thrilled to have expanded my technical skillset to better assist Mac users. 

Intrada: What is one thing that your colleagues don’t know about you?

Bri: My colleagues may not know that I was the president of PCA (Penn College Alliance) at Penn College since I was a sophomore in my networking program. My goal as president was to grow membership and work together with other organizations to build a community among LGBT+ students, as I met plenty of students who went through challenges being away from home and among a student body that often did not see them in a positive light or treated them differently for who they were.

Intrada: What is your educational background? Where are you originally from? 

Bri: I graduated from Nazareth Area High School, which is outside of Allentown, and the Career Institute of Technology in 2017, followed by Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2021. My family is still in the Nazareth area, but I also have relatives scattered in Florida, California, and Puerto Rico. 

Intrada: Do you have any special certifications that help you understand our clients better?

Bri: I pursued Apple certifications to become a more versatile technician. It frustrated me when I couldn’t help resolve certain issues that were simple to address in Windows environments, so I sought out training to better understand and support Mac users. This has not only enhanced my technical knowledge but also enabled me to provide a higher level of service.
