Rotary District 7630 Hybrid Annual Conference Case Study
Rotary District 7360 sought to unite their district with an engaging, interactive, educational event featuring concurrent sessions, international speakers, and multiple panels - participating virtually and in-person.
However, they had only done virtual events on Zoom’s limited platform and the volunteer leadership team had limited time to plan and pull off the event.
The Intrada Events and Tech team planned the international event and Rotary District 7360’s first hybrid event had excellent attendance with rave reviews.
