Hosting Cluster Upgrade
Intrada is currently in the process of upgrading our hosting cluster. During the month of June, all websites will be migrated to the new cluster at the new Intrada location in Muncy, Pennsylvania. This upgrade will also support the latest PCI, HIPAA and SOX compliance management.
Changes:
- Intrada will be moving to an upgraded Parallels Control Panel
- https://cp.intradatechnologies.com:8443
- All data, accounts and access have been transferred.
- Old control panel will be taken off line June 20, 2015
- Intrada will change Domain Name Servers – DNS
- Old / Current Servers:
- dns1.intradatech.com -- 74.43.32.4
- dns2.intradatech.com -- 74.43.32.252
- New Servers:
- dns1.intradatechnologies.net -- 192.64.126.7
- dns2.intradatechnologies.net -- 192.64.126.8
- Old / Current Servers:
- Intrada will be changing Internet Service Providers. 74.43.32 network is provided by Frontier communications and will be shut down June 20, 2015. The new provider is LEVEL3 and will host using BGP the 192.64.126 network on a redundant fiber ring. IP Addresses are property of Intrada Technologies.
- New hosting cluster requires outgoing server (SMTP) authentication
- Incoming Mail Server: mail.domain.com
- Outgoing Mail Server: mail.domain.com
- User Name: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
- Incoming server (POP3): 110
- Outgoing server (SMTP): 587
- Encrypted Connection: TLS
- Outlook Internet E-mail Settings Instructions – link to parallels page created local
- New webmail interface:
- webmail.domain.com
- New webmail platform: roundcube
