Employee Spotlight: Welcoming Jared Patten to Intrada Technologies
Intrada Technologies is thrilled to announce that Jared Patten has joined our team as our new Project Coordinator. Jared, who started with us in December, brings diverse skills and experiences to the team. He will serve in this role part-time while completing his bachelor of science degree in network administration and engineering technology. We eagerly anticipate his transition to a full-time role after graduating in December 2024.

Jared's wide-ranging experience in computer support has been honed across numerous help desks, culminating in his recent role as a service desk technician at the Pennsylvania College of Technology. He has garnered an extensive understanding and proficiency in a variety of applications and programs. This includes Office 365, Zendesk, Team Dynamics, Bomgar, and Microsoft Entra/Intune, allowing him to securely manage mobile devices and apps. Furthermore, Jared's skills extend to network analysis tools such as Packet Tracer and WireShark, as well as systems modeling. His adeptness in programming languages such as Java, Python, and PowerShell, as well as web development using HTML 5, CSS, Bootstrap, and MongoDB, is commendable. His knowledge of MySQL further fortifies his database management capabilities. Jared also possesses experience in the KACE systems management appliance and switch configuration, demonstrating his comprehensive skill set in the field of computer support.
It was during a recruitment fair that he met James Haywood, who convinced him to venture into the management and project coordination side of IT. Since joining, Jared has found the new professional environment exciting and the team incredibly welcoming and encouraging.

His passion for IT and eagerness to explore its managerial aspects caught my attention immediately. I knew then that he would be an excellent addition to our team."
His time management skills, honed during college, will be one of his greatest assets in his new role. Having run several organizations, including coaching and managing an esports team, helping to start Penn College Theatrics, and serving as the president of his local fraternity, Jared is eager to bring fresh ideas into the fold and enhance our systems model.
As the first point of contact for many prospective clients, Jared understands the importance of exceeding expectations with his introduction and work ethic. Outside of work, he actively supports his college and local communities, mentoring students and participating in community service opportunities through his fraternity. A die-hard Tottenham Hotspurs fan, Jared loves soccer and aspires to coach a local team someday.

While his primary role may be in sales, as a computer networking student, Jared plans to assist our clients, aiming to bring mutual success to both parties. We're excited to see what he accomplishes and are thrilled to have him on our team.
